If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply email us at customercare@skinatp.com within 45 days of your purchase. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are here to ensure you have a positive experience with SKIN | ATP™.
Once we receive your return, please allow us up to five business days for your refund to be processed.
You will receive a return confirmation email once your refund has been processed; the refund amount will be posted to your bank account within 5-10 business days. All refunds are issued to the original form of payment for the item(s) plus sales tax. If your return is rejected upon inspection, we will notify you via email from our dedicated Customer Care team.
Only items purchased on www.skinatp.com will be accepted for return. If you purchased your SKIN | ATP™ product at one of our authorized retailers, please contact them for assistance.
Do I have to pay return shipping costs?
We are unable to provide return shipping labels currently. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning your items. We suggest purchasing insurance when shipping items. If a return item is lost in the shipment back, we cannot issue a refund.
