No, we do not test our products on animals.
SKIN | ATP™ will always aim for our family of products to be as natural as possible; it is important that skincare ingredients are effective and safe for your skin. We formulate our products with soothing ingredients for your skin.
No. We do not use parabens.
No, our Beauty Fuel contains Royal Jelly and our Eye Créme contains Beeswax, which are derived from honeybees. Our manufacturer has assured us that all of the bees are handled with care and are not harmed during the process. All other ingredients are vegan or synthetically derived.
We recommend our products are used on individuals that are age 13 and older.
Sunburn Alert: Our Eye Créme contains an alpha hydroxy acid (AHA) that may increase your skin's sensitivity to the sun and particularly the possibility of sunburn. Use a sunscreen, wear protective clothing, and limit sun exposure while using this product and for a week afterwards.
Beauty Fuel and Youth Sérum contain Retinol, which can be absorbed through the skin and should not be used while pregnant or nursing. Consult with your physician regarding the use of any products while pregnant or nursing.
Our products have expiration dates that are located on the bottom of the products outer box.
Yes, when using Beauty Fuel and our Youth Sérum you will notice a slight tingling as the product moves through the upper layers of skin. This a sign that the product is penetrating the deeper layers of skin and is perfectly normal.
PACKAGING QUESTIONS
Our SKIN | ATP™ products are entirely recyclable except for the Youth Sérum dropper. Our shipping boxes are recyclable if the SKIN | ATP™ tape is removed. The packing peanuts are biodegradable.
SHIPPING QUESTIONS
With every order you will receive an email notification that your package has been shipped along with tracking information. If you did not receive an email regarding your order, please contact us. When a shipment is delivered to your address there is a chance that the package may have been placed at an out-of-sight location (i.e., outside of your residence, around the mailbox, etc.).
We ship only within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska.
No, we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Yes, if you contact us before your order ships, we can change the delivery address. Please contact us at customercare@skinatp.com.
